2. Application: 

The mill is used for rubber plasticating, mixing, warming and sheeting. 

3. General Design: 

3.1. The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screw, 

heating and cooling device, emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections 

as electrical controls and, etc. 

3.2. The main electric motor arrives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reducer,

 driving gears and friction gears. 

4. Features: 

4.1The roll adopts the vanadiumtitanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard andwear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperaturewell proportioned on the roll surface.

4.2 The machine is equipped withan overload protection device to prevent the main components frombeing damaged.

4.3 The machine is also equippedwith an emergency brake device. When an emergent arises, just drawthe safety pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It issafe and reliable.

4.4 The transmission systemadopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compactstructure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise andlonger service life.

4.5The base frame is a wholeframework, which is convenient for installation.
